Saying Hello to Fall

I do not think as a new photographer there is anything more flattering than a repeat customer. I have still been learning a lot and taking photos for myself for practice, but the same family who had my do photos a few months ago, asked again!

Kristin and her two kids are so fun to photograph. I love following them around with the camera just capturing the real moments happening between the staged poses. When everyone is being goofy and having fun, magic happens and my job becomes so much easier. The kids remembered me from last time we did photos so there was no period where they had to warm up which was great!

Parenting is hard work. Being a single parent is even harder. It is so sweet to see the love these kids have for their mom and how much she loves them! Family photos aren't without the crazy moments... like kids chasing each other with boogers, moments where someone is over it, or when we show up on an otherwise perfect day and it immediately starts raining! The fun they had together was what came through in the photos though!

I am hoping to book some other fall sessions to get some more practice. I loved the backdrop provided by North Park and I will definitely take my daughter there for some pictures, too! This was really so much fun! Check out the full album here: Rebel Fall 2020
